Apply Lancome Auquatique waterproof eye color base before applying color. This will set a nice base for your color and will reduce or eliminate clumping, creasing and wear.
Start by warming the base with your fingers to amke it more plyable. with your finger, take some of the base and rub it on the back of your hand, swirl in a circle a few times and apply to your eye from your hand.
When applying color, dip brush into color, apply to back of hand then aplpy to eyes. ( always be sure your hands are very clean and free of lotions and oils ).
How to open and brighten your eyes, making them appear larger
The first critical step is curling the lashes. Always start with clean dry lashes. begin at the base of your upper lashes, gently applying pressure to the curler, hold for 3-5 seconds and repeat as you want to achieve your look ( Lancome Le curler ), this will really set the lashes and get them ready for a volumizing mascara.
mascara - start by layering, begin at the base and wiggle back and forth a little as you go up to the outer edge of the lash. This will lift and separate the lashes and allow each lash to accept more mascara and reduce clumping.
Focus more layers on the outer edge of the lashes ( from the middle of the eye outwards to the end ). This will give the eye an elongated look and open it up more.
How to choose and apply makeup for hazel or green eyes
Colors in the warm neutral range will best bring out the color in your hazel eyes.
Begin with a light base color over the entire lid. second, start at the outer edge of the eye and work in the middle with a medium color and end with a darker shade for the outer edge to help create an elongated eye and and some impact. ( be sure to blend ).
Finish with a little of the light bas ecolor on the upper portion of the inner part of the eye to help open up th eye.
The warm neutral colors will really bring out the many colora in hazel eyes.

Rusts and fall colora will really make your blue eyes pop and sparkle.
Begin with the base over the entire lid. next apply a medium shimmering gold ( far right of palette ) and apply over entire lid also, next apply a medium melon color ( far left of palette ) from midle to outer edge, finish with a rust color ( far left of paleete ) on outer edge to elongate the eye and ad drama. Apply the purple color ( bottom of palette ) as a liner on the upper lid.

Shake the bottle before use to help activate it ( it has 2 active ingredients ).
Apply make up remover to a cotton pad as apposed to a cotton ball or tissue. Aplpy the cotton pad to your eye fopr 3-5 seconds, sweep to the outer edge to remove the makeup. sweep downward to remove mascara.
this will work much beter than straight soap and water and a washcloth. It's much gentler and your eyes.
